Bryon is an independent evaluation specialist working primarily in the areas of human security, democracy, governance and media development. His engagements range from conducting one-off evaluations to providing longer term M&E capacity development for in-country teams. Recent clients include large multilateral organisations (e.g., World Bank, UNICEF) as well as international NGOs (e.g., IWPR, Internews, Pact). Over the past 3 years, engagements have taken him to South Sudan, Rwanda, Iraq, and the North Caucasus. Bryon adds value to programmes by clarifying strategy, capturing results, and supporting the use of evidence in decision-making. He has an MBA from HEC-Paris, and a Masters of International Development from the University of Guelph in Canada.
