Nikole Farler

Nikole is a Project Assistant for the Freedom Online Coalition Support Unit. In her role she supports the effective running of the FOC Support Unit and its activities, and she assists the Senior Programme Lead in the implementation and administrative work of the FOC project.

Prior to joining GPD and the FOC, Nikole worked at a public affairs firm, Bicker, Castillo & Fairbanks Public Affairs, where she engaged in coalition outreach, conducted opposition research, and assisted the communications team on California state ballot measure campaigns. She also worked as a Program Assistant for the California Legislative Staff Education Institute, providing research and logistical support to the Higher Education and Environmental Policy cohorts’ learning events.

Nikole holds a BA in Spanish, Political Science and International Relations from Gonzaga University. She most recently completed her MSc in Gender, Peace and Security from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
