Any data that we collect is stored on our third-party cloud-based server (Google) and our third-party recruitment platform (Workable) and is not shared with any other parties. Google’s Privacy Policy can be found here. 

Data Retention

Data retention is handled in line with statutory requirements and our data retention policy. Your personal data is only held on our systems for as long is necessary for the time you stay subscribed to our newsletter or mailing list. In the case of unsuccessful job applications, data will be retained for a period of six months after the conclusion of the selection process. After this time the data will either be deleted or we may retain a secure anonymised record for research and analytical purposes.
