Katharine Kendrick
Katharine is the Deputy Director of the Policy Central team at Airbnb, where she manages a wide range of global tech policy and geopolitical challenges. Previously, she was part of the inaugural team developing internet freedom policy and programs at the US State Department. She also worked at the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights, where she focused on how tech companies can protect human rights in their core operations.
Katharine has served as co-chair of the Freedom Online Coalition’s multistakeholder working group on privacy and transparency and as co-chair of the FOC’s Advisory Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale and a masters degree in international relations from Georgetown University. Katharine is a Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project.
