Council Working Group on Financial and Human Resources

The Council Working Group on Financial and Human Resources was established in 2011 with a mandate of examining the ITU’s Financial Regulations and Financial Rules to ensure that they confirm and are consistent with the ITU’s basic instruments, the decisions of the Plenipots and the needs of the ITU. This includes looking at the ITU’s budget, management and human resources.
