GPD @ IGF 2025

Next week, we’ll be in Lillestrøm, Norway, for the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2025. With WSIS+20 decisions looming, this year’s IGF is a pivotal moment—and we’ll be taking every opportunity to engage, strategise, and support rights-respecting outcomes. Here’s where to find us:

  • 09:15–10:45 CEST | Priorities for WSIS+20 and the IGF | An invite-only strategic gathering hosted by GPD for stakeholders across sectors to coordinate ahead of the WSIS+20 review.

Wednesday, 25 June – Day 2

  • 14:45–15:45 CEST, Studio N | Strengthening Multistakeholder Digital Cooperation | Rose Payne speaks in this public session organised by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise.
  • 16:30–17:30 CEST | The Future of the UN Cybercrime Convention | GPD, GNI and EFF co-organise this closed convening for civil society and private sector participants.
  • 17:30–18:30 CEST | Online Safety Standards and Regulation: Toward Coherent, Rights-Based Approaches | Maria Paz Canales speaks in this side event hosted by DTSP and the Irish Online Safety Regulator.

Thursday, 26 June – Day 3
