Work opportunity: GPD seeks external consultant for mid-term project evaluation

Global Partners Digital is seeking to contract an external evaluation consultant to conduct a mid-term project evaluation of its project on internet fragmentation.

The evaluation would run from early February to mid March. We are looking for experienced evaluation consultants with expertise in digital policy and human rights. Applications from individuals living or working in global majority countries are encouraged.
