Work opportunity: GPD seeks external consultant for final project evaluation

We are seeking an external evaluation consultant (preferably with expertise in digital and cyber policy and human rights) to conduct a final project evaluation of our project on Cyber Capacity Building.
The four-year programme is due to end in December 2023. The objectives of the final evaluation are:
To assess the project’s contribution to the stated goal, objectives and planned outcomes
To provide a clear set of lessons learned and recommendations for future regional and global engagement programmes
