Flora Santana

Flora supports the delivery of policy and advocacy activities that seek to shape the digital policy landscape.

Previously, she worked on policy and advocacy efforts for Sleeping Giants Brasil. She holds a LLB (Law) and a BA in Journalism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and is now finishing her MPhil in Socio-legal Studies at the University of Oxford.
